General FAQ
Quels sont les horaires d’ouverture de la réception ?
In high season (July–August), reception is open from 9h to 19h every day. In low season, it is accessible from 9h to 12h and from 13h to 17h.
Que faire si j’arrive après la fermeture de l’accueil ?
It must be mentioned when you book or directly at reception. You can let us know by telephone on 05 48 22 00 49 or by email at auport@larmateurdusoleil.fr. We have a procedure for late arrivals.
Les animaux sont-ils acceptés au camping ?
Yes, one pet per rental is allowed with a supplement of 9 €/night. However, category 1 and 2 dogs are not accepted.
Accommodation FAQ
Les draps et serviettes sont-ils fournis dans les mobil-homes ?
Duvets and pillows are included, but sheets and towels are available to hire as an option.

Puis-je séjourner dans un mobil-home pour une longue durée ?
Yes, we offer long-stay rentals, ideal for students, professionals on the move or off-season stays.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available on the campsite so you can stay connected during your stay.
Peut-on louer des vélos sur place ?
Yes, thanks to our partner “Loc and Go”, we offer bike hire for adults and children, as well as accessories (helmets, locks, trailers).
Y a-t-il une laverie dans le camping ?
Yes, we provide washing machines and tumble dryers on a self-service basis (for a supplement).
